Sales Manager（SM）

Location: shenzhen

Responsibilities: 

1. Achieve the agreed sales target and increase market share
2. Formulate and implement sales and marketing strategies for new sales opportunities
3. Manage and train the sales team
4. Ensure efficient daily sales operation and performance
5. Work with Product Marketing teams to build sales and marketing plan

Requirements:

1. Degree or above in Engineering, preferably in Electronics
2. At least 4 years experience of electronics components or marketing areas
3. Minimum 2 years sales management experience in similar field
4. Strong communication and organizational skills
5. Strategic, self-driven, energetic and a good team player
