Customer Service Representative(CS)

Location: Beijing


1. Answer customers’ telephone enquiries and handle complaints in professional manner
2. Provide after-sales service and support to customers
3. Coordinate with teammates to provide timely and quality services to our customers


1. Minimum 2 years working experience in customer service field, preferable in electronic market
2. Good telephone manner and customer-oriented
3. Good command of spoken English, Mandarin and Japanese
4. Hands-on PC knowledge
