Customer Service Representative
Location: Beijing
Responsibilities:
1. Answer customers’ telephone enquiries and handle complaints in professional manner 2. Provide after-sales service and support to customers 3. Coordinate with teammates to provide timely and quality services to our customers
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years working experience in customer service field, preferable in electronic market - Good telephone manner and customer-oriented - Good command of spoken English, Mandarin and Japanese - Hands-on PC knowledge
